MOOV Reformer Pilates 24-Hour Booking Policy
At MOOv Reformer Pilates, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our classes. To maintain the smooth functioning of our studio and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following 24-hour booking policy:
Booking Window: Clients can reserve their spot in a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation Window: Any cancellations or changes to a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will result in the loss of the class credit without a refund.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will also result in the loss of the class credit without a refund.
Booking Modifications: Clients are responsible for managing their bookings through our online platform or by contacting our studio directly during operating hours. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability.
Waitlist Policy: If a class is fully booked, clients have the option to join a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled, and standard cancellation policies will apply.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Class Packages and Memberships: Our 24-hour booking policy applies to all class packages and memberships. Unused classes due to late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from the client's account.
Communication: Any updates or changes to our booking policy will be communicated to our clients via email, social media channels, and our website.
By booking a class at MOov Reformer Pilates, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by our 24-hour booking policy.
